Good with" can mean "good at" in some contexts, but I think what you said is comprehensible. I think Americans use "good with" the way you used it. I would probably say something like "I am happy with the agreement" or "I have no objections to anything in the agreement". I don't recommend using "I am ok/fine with the agreement". This is odd.
